No, I did not. Santos was the second watch I owned. On my 18th Birthday, my parents gave me a Tissot. It was more of a practical possession than a start to a collection.

How long have your collected Cartier watches been?

I would not dare to call myself a collectionist, but that's what it started with, when I bought the Santos in 1985. The jeweler from whom I purchased the watch gave me so many details about Cartier's history that I was very intrigued and began to follow them as closely as possible,Rolex Datejust Replica visiting their exhibitions all over the world. You seem to prefer Cartier over other watchmakers. Can you enlighten us?
